With VIPcall you are closer to your star than ever before: your mobile phone rings and your idol is on the line to tell you the latest news about their life, share music samples of their current track or to ask for your feedback or help making decisions. Of course you can also call your star or send them a message. With VIPcall you become an exclusive part of their world!
How does VIPcall work?
Whenever your star has something interesting to say, they reach for their phone and send you a VIPcall message. Seconds later your phone rings and it’s your star. You can save their number in your phone, because it's their individual number. The calls are put through to you directly so you can be there live when your star has something to say.
What's the Fanbox?
Via the Fanbox you can call your star yourself and tell them about your interests, ideas and suggestions and leave messages for other fans. This gives your star the opportunity to interact with their fans, especially with their VIPcall members. Maybe your message will even become one of their "Favourites"?
Where am I put through to when I call my star's number?
When you dial the number of your star, you are connected to the Fanbox where you can tell them about your interests, ideas and suggestions and leave messages for other fans. After all, this is not just your star’s mailbox, but also a platform for all their fans. Here you can share experiences or chat with one another.
What happens when my mobile phone is switched off?
Regardless of where you are and whether your mobile phone and your mailbox are switched on or off, messages from your stars will also be sent to your e-mail account as a sound file. We’ll make sure you don't miss out on a single message!
What is the difference between the one-month and three-month packages?
We are currently offering two payment models: with the one-month package you pay a one-off fee of € 4.99. This package is ideal for those who want to test VIPcall. The 3-month package is better value-for-money. Here you get to use the VIPcall services for three months and pay the cheaper rate of just € 3.49 per month. You can take advantage of the entire range of VIPcall services with both packages. The contracts finish automatically at the end of the agreed period. There is no automatic extension period..
How can I pay?
We offer you a number of ways to pay. Via Paypal you can pay by credit card, direct debit or credit payment. With Moneybookers you can pay using your credit card and with Mopay (mobile phone payment) your membership fee will be charged to your mobile phone bill. Choose your preferred payment method from the menu and you will be directed to the appropriate page.
How does payment via my mobile phone work?
During the payment process you will be asked for your mobile number, to which a text message with the activation code will be sent within a few seconds. Once you enter the code, the ordering process is complete and payment will be deducted via your mobile phone provider as requested.
The VIPcall is currently only avaible in the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Belguium, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and USA.
However, we'll have to wait till the 15th of December to get the exactly information from Tokio Hotel.
